I am a couple and family psychologist interested in helping people in intimate relationships improve their lives with one another. This blog is meant for intimate partners who are struggling with life, challenging events, or each other. Because of my work with military Veterans reintegrating from a combat deployment, a number of posts will deal with this topic. Other posts will be about how to have a less stressful and more loving relationship in the face of other types of challenges. Still other posts will offer ways to begin to make positive changes in your relationship, using professional help and also without formal therapy.
